My Career so far

I embarked on my professional journey as a front-end developer at my current company. Recognizing the need for a dedicated UI/UX role, I advocated for the adoption of Figma and assumed the position to enhance our design capabilities. Initially serving as the sole designer, I successfully persuaded the company to recruit additional designers for each product, allowing for more focused and superior design outcomes. My contributions have also included promoting design thinking by integrating designers earlier in the product development lifecycle. Furthermore, I was instrumental in implementing a design QA process, ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products. We have since overhauled and established new design systems and UI libraries, significantly improving our redesign initiatives.
